Founder & CEO
Nidhindra Molathati is a first-generation American Immigrant, Engineer, Entrepreneur who has about 15 years of experience in the IT space. Nidhindra’s work, vision, and areas of expertise in business coupled with technical acumen around business initiation, incubation, and growth in continuum with providing Quality and Innovative Information Technology Solutions with a vision to empower and strengthen American technical and technological capabilities and maintain its IT superiority are unmatched. Nidhindra holds a Master’s in Software Engineering degree and a Master’s in Engineering Management degree. He also holds Project Management Professional credentials. Nidhindra lives in Lexington, South Carolina, with his wife and son and enjoys spending time with them.
Director, Operations
Sandeep Garnipudy is a Communication training professional with substantial experience in voice and accent analysis, crucial in skill and aptitude identification for placements in mid to top-level management echelons. His experience of above a decade and a half in various positions across a varied spectrum of process organizations and among the teaching fraternity has given him the expertise in the identification of human resource requirements for IT-related business initiation and nurture. Sandeep holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and Counseling and a certificate in Management. He currently handles operations offshore from the Indian Metropolis of Hyderabad where he stays with his wife and son.
